We are now finalizing the PCB design for Viberoo Tracker. This is the board that brings the instrument together: its processing, audio path, display, controls, and connections. The remaining work is focused on the details that need to be right before we commit the first physical units.
Giving the instrument its final shape
In parallel, we are refining the prototype enclosure. The CAD drawing above is part of that process. We are checking the fit around the screen and controls, the spacing between the keys and encoders, and the placement of the connections before the enclosure is manufactured.
This stage is where the digital design meets physical reality. Dimensions that work on screen still need to feel natural under the hands, so the first enclosures will help us assess ergonomics as well as assembly and durability.
Engineering prototypes are next
We expect the first engineering prototypes to become available within the next few weeks. Once they arrive, we can assemble and test the complete instrument as a system, then use what we learn to make the final adjustments for production.
Our target is to have the production version ready for Christmas 2026. Hardware development can still uncover surprises, but that is the timeline we are working toward. We will share the next update when the first engineering units are on the bench.
